# Manage your plan and assets

The [Self-Service Subscription Management Portal](/docs/lansweepers-self-service-subscription-management-portal) lets you view your current subscription, change your plan, adjust your asset coverage, manage renewal settings, and request upgrade quotes — all with live price previews before you confirm any changes.

## View your current subscription

The subscription overview shows your plan details at a glance, including:

- Your current plan and subscription status.
- Total assets and asset limit.
- Active add-ons.
- Price and billing schedule.
- Renewal settings and next renewal date.
- Applied account discounts (permanent discounts only; one-time discounts are not displayed).

To view your subscription, go to **Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription**.

## Change plan

You can switch between Lansweeper plans directly from the Subscription Portal. Review the side-by-side comparison of your current plan and available plans. The comparison includes features, limits, and pricing.

              Proration

Mid-cycle plan changes are prorated. The confirmation dialog shows the estimated charge before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

              Downgrades

Downgrading your plan is not available through the Subscription Portal. If you need to downgrade, select **Contact Sales** in the top right of the Subscription Portal to speak with your account manager.

### Upgrade to a Pro plan

1. Go to **Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription**.
2. In the subscription overview section, select **Change plan**.
3. Select the assets you want to include in your new plan.
4. Review any proration charges or next-billing impact in the confirmation dialog.
5. Select **Confirm upgrade** to apply the change.

Your upgraded plan and invoice are processed within 24 hours.

### Upgrade to an Enterprise plan

1. Go to **Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription**.
2. In the subscription overview section, select **Change plan**.
3. Select **Talk to Sales for Enterprise**.
4. In the dialog, enter the required information, then select **Request a call**.

Your account manager will reach out within 1 business day to discuss your requirements.

## Adjust asset coverage

You can increase your asset coverage directly from the Subscription Portal with real-time pricing updates.

For Pro or Enterprise plans only

Increasing your asset coverage is only available for Pro or Enterprise plans.

1. Go to **Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription**.
2. In the **Scale your coverage** section, use the slider to set your desired asset count, then select **Expand to [X] assets**.
3. Review the tiered cost preview in the confirmation dialog.
4. Select **Confirm upgrade** to apply the change.

Your upgraded asset coverage and invoice are processed within 24 hours.

## Manage renewals

You can control your auto-renewal settings directly from the Subscription Portal.

### Deactivate your renewal

Deactivation requests must be submitted no later than 30 days before your renewal date.

1. Go to **Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription**.
2. In the Subscription Portal, select **Manage renewal**.
3. Select **Deactivate renewal > Continue**.
4. Enter the reason you are deactivating your renewal, then select **Submit deactivation**.

You can reactivate auto-renewal anytime before your renewal date.

### Auto-renew

1. Go to **Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription**.
2. In the Subscription Portal, select **Manage renewal**.
3. Select **Auto-renew > Save preference**.

              Set up auto-charge for renewals

To ensure your renewal is processed automatically, add your credit card details in the **Payment Information** section of the [billing settings](/docs/manage-billing-and-payments). When a credit card is on file, you can be auto-charged when your renewal date arrives.
