When you link a Lansweeper Classic installation to a Lansweeper Platform site, one of the prerequisite checks confirms that the Platform has enough capacity to handle your sync request.
Why this check runs
Lansweeper Platform scales its back-end resources to match demand. Under normal conditions, enough capacity is available to set up your initial sync. At exceptionally busy times, Lansweeper may temporarily block new pushes so the back-end systems can scale.
Resolve a failed check
A failed capacity check means new pushes are temporarily blocked by the Platform itself. This isn't related to your local installation, so you can't resolve it locally. Try the push again later, once capacity has stabilized.
When all prerequisites pass, you can link your installation to a site.
