As a site administrator, you can control who has view and export permissions for diagrams by managing user roles.
Administrator access can't be restricted
Access to diagrams can be restricted for any user role except Administrator.
To manage permissions for viewing or exporting diagrams:

In your site, go to Site settings > Account management > Roles & permissions.

Select the role you want to edit.

Go to Permissions > Diagrams.

Select or deselect:
- View diagrams: allows access to view diagrams within the site
- Export diagrams: allows exporting diagrams for external use

Select Save changes.
Diagram access follows asset scope
Diagram access follows each user’s asset scope:
- Users can only see the assets that their role allows them to access.
- To share a full diagram with a user without modifying their asset scope, you can export the diagram and share the exported file instead.
