Manage user views

Once you’ve created a user view, you can choose to set it as the default view. You may also want to share, rename, or delete it.

Set a default user view

  1. Go to Users > Views > All views.

  2. Select the custom view you would like to use.

  3. Select Set as default to make your selection the default view.

Share a user view

  1. Go to Users > All views.

  2. Select the custom view you want to share.

  3. Select More actions, then Share.

  4. In Share view with, choose the share option you prefer:

    • Only me: The selected view will only be accessible to you.

    • Everyone on this site (includes future accounts): The selected view will be accessible to every user that has an account on your site.

    • Specific accounts: The selected view will be accessible to users you specify with an account on your site.

  5. Select Apply.

  6. The view status will change to reflect your choice.

Rename a user view

  1. Go to Users > All views.

  2. Select the custom view you want to rename.

  3. Click the view name, then enter a new name in the field.

  4. Select Apply.

Delete a user view

  1. Go to Users > All views.

  2. Select the custom view you want to delete.

  3. Select More actions, then Delete.

  4. Confirm that you want to delete this view and select Delete.
