Asset relations

Relation types define the named relationships between assets and users in your inventory. Once you've created a relation type, you can link assets and users together using it. See Create user relations.

Create a relation type

1. Go to Assets > Relations.
2. Select Create relation type.
3. Enter the name of the type.
4. Enter the reverse name of the type.
5. Select or search for an icon to represent the type.
6. Select Create.

Edit a relation type

1. Go to Assets > Relations.

2. Select a relation type, then select Show Actions.

3. Select Edit to revise the relation type's:

   • Name
   • Reverse name
   • Icon

4. Select Save.

Delete a relation type

1. Go to Assets > Relations.
2. Select a relation type, then select Show Actions.
3. Select Delete.
