We're excited to share an important evolution in how you interact with Lansweeper. The Lansweeper Platform Experience has been refined to help you navigate complex IT estates with greater clarity, speed, and confidence.
What's changing
Starting March 1, 2026, you will experience an enhanced platform interface designed to surface insights more quickly and reduce friction in your daily workflows. This isn't just a visual update—it's a strategic refinement of how you interact with asset intelligence.
Key improvements include:
A more unified, modern experience – Clearer navigation, more consistent workflows, and a cleaner layout make it easier to find what you need and move through the platform efficiently.
Improved accessibility for more users – Features like Dark Mode, clearer visual hierarchy, and better readability support a wider range of user needs and make the platform easier to use for everyone.
A faster, more scalable foundation – Built on newer, more flexible architecture that allows us to deliver features faster and evolve the platform more efficiently.
Shaped by real customer feedback – Insights from customer previews helped validate our direction, highlight friction points, and guide improvements.
What you'll experience
When you log in after March 1st:
You'll land directly in the enhanced experience – The refined interface becomes your default view.
Legacy access preserved where needed – Scanning and Reports remain accessible through embedded views within the new platform, ensuring full continuity of your existing workflows.
Guided support – An in-product tour will help orient you to the updates, and comprehensive Knowledge Center articles are available to answer questions.
Flexibility during transition – A toggle option allows you to switch back to the previous interface if needed while you adjust to the enhanced experience.
What's evolving
Dashboards
Dashboards now load immediately with widgets displayed above data tables. Powered by modern BI capabilities, you can click to filter and create custom dashboards that transform static reporting into interactive exploration. This eliminates time lost in manual reporting and reduces investigation time from hours to seconds. For more information on Dashboards, see Visualize your asset data.
Inventory
Enhanced with new grouped filters, narrowed view options, and faster drill-down capabilities, Inventory becomes a live, interactive workspace. You can refine, explore, and act on your environment directly inside the platform with more precise segmentation and cleaner workflows. For more information on your Inventory, see View and manage assets.
Lansweeper Lens
AI-powered chat lets you ask questions in plain language instead of building queries or reports. Answers are generated instantly, grounded in your own asset data, dramatically reducing time to insight and helping you move from question to confident action in seconds.
Reports & Scanning
Both remain fully accessible. Your existing workflows continue uninterrupted while you gain access to more interactive and flexible ways to understand your data through the enhanced platform. For more information, see Access classic reports or Access classic scanning.
