Manage billing and payments

The Self-Service Subscription Management Portal lets you view your billing details, add and manage payment methods, and control automatic payments. Your experience depends on whether your billing is managed directly by Lansweeper or through Cleverbridge.

Billing provider

The Subscription Portal indicates whether your billing is managed directly by Lansweeper or via Cleverbridge (merchant of record) and routes you to the appropriate flow.

  • Direct billing: All billing and payment management is available within the Subscription Portal.
  • Cleverbridge: The Subscription Portal deep-links you to the Cleverbridge flow to manage your billing and payment information.

View billing details

If your billing is managed directly by Lansweeper, you can view your billing profile in the Subscription Portal. This includes:

  • Company name
  • VAT identifier
  • Billing address
  • Billing email

To view your billing details, go to Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription and navigate to the Billing information section.

The ability to modify your billing details directly from the Subscription Portal is planned for a future release.

Add a payment method

You can add a payment method securely through Adyen, Lansweeper's payment processor for direct billing.

  1. Go to Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription and navigate to the Payment information section.
  2. Select Add card.
  3. Enter your payment details in the secure Adyen form.
  4. Select Add card.

Update payment method

You can replace expiring cards or update your card details at any time.

  1. Go to Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription and navigate to the Payment information section.
  2. Select Manage payment method.
  3. Under Card on file, select Replace.
  4. Enter your updated payment details in the secure Adyen form.
  5. Select Add card.

Enable automatic payments

You can toggle automatic payments on or off for any stored payment method. Changes take effect immediately for future invoices.

  1. Go to Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription and navigate to the Payment information section.
  2. Select Manage payment method.
  3. Choose between:
    • Automatic Payments: Your card is charged automatically when invoices are due — no action needed.
    • Pay by Invoice: Receive invoices by email and pay manually before the due date.
  4. Select Save preference.
