Availability

The Subscription Portal is available for Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Support for the Free plan is coming soon.

Not available for partner-managed accounts

The Subscription Portal is not yet available for partner-managed subscriptions. If your subscription is managed by a partner, you will see a message indicating that subscription management is handled by your partner.

Billing provider

Your billing experience in the Subscription Portal depends on your billing provider:

  • Direct billing (Lansweeper): You can manage billing details, payment methods, and invoices directly within the Subscription Portal.
  • Cleverbridge (merchant of record): The portal redirects you to Cleverbridge to manage billing and payment information.

The Subscription Portal clearly indicates which billing provider applies to your account.

Contact sales

If you have questions about your billing or subscription that can't be resolved through the Subscription Portal, select Contact Sales. This creates a case with your assigned account manager.
