Manage invoices

The Self-Service Subscription Management Portal gives you a complete overview of your invoices. You can browse, filter, download, and pay invoices directly from the Subscription Portal.

Invoice history from February 2025

The Subscription Portal displays invoices from February 2025 onwards.

Browse invoices

To view your invoices, go to Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription and select the Invoices tab.

Use the status filters to quickly find the invoices you need:

Filter Description
All Shows all invoices regardless of status.
Open Invoices that are due but not yet paid.
Paid Invoices that have been paid successfully.
Overdue Invoices that are past their due date.
Credited Invoices that have been credited.
Pending Invoices that are awaiting processing.

Download invoices

You can download any invoice as a PDF directly from the invoice list.

  1. Go to Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription and navigate to the Invoices tab.
  2. Find the invoice you want to download.
  3. Select the Download icon next to the invoice.

The invoice PDF is downloaded to your device.

Pay by wire transfer

Wire transfer is also available as a payment method. The invoice PDF includes bank details for the wire transfer.

Pay open invoices

You can pay open invoices directly from the Subscription Portal through a secure Adyen payment link.

Note

Auto-pay is only available when a credit card is set as your payment method. To set up auto-pay, add a credit card in the Payment Information section of the billing settings.

  1. Go to Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription and navigate to the Invoices tab.
  2. Filter for Open invoices, or select the link in the unpaid invoice banner.
  3. Select Pay for the invoice you want to pay. You are redirected to a secure payment gateway.
  4. Choose a payment method:
    • Bancontact
    • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
    • SEPA Direct Debit
    • Paysafecard
  5. Enter your payment details and complete the payment.

Refresh invoice data

If you've made a payment outside the Subscription Portal, you can manually refresh the invoice data to update the statuses.

  1. Go to Site settings > Subscription plan > Manage subscription and navigate to the Invoices tab.
  2. Select the button to refresh your invoice data.

The invoice list updates to reflect the latest payment statuses.
