Your account settings hold your personal account information and preferences. They're separate from the account management screens an administrator uses to manage other users.
Lansweeper Platform logs you out automatically under two conditions:
- After 3 days of user inactivity.
- After 7 days, regardless of user activity.
Change your account settings
Select your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Account settings.
From there, you can update:
- Your profile picture
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your password
- Your time and date display: a 12-hour or 24-hour clock, and your preferred date format
- Your theme: Light, Dark, or System
- Multi-factor authentication
You can also delete your account from this page.
